This two owner 1996 Maxum 2300 Cuddy Cabin is in excellent condition and has seen most of it?s cruising in Fresh water. A new complete turnkey engine was installed for the 2011 season A great all around boat for any body of water. Her Deep-V hull cuts through the lakes water with ease but is geared up to deal with the ocean swells as well. With a traveler capability of 10, the cockpit comfortably seats six individuals for travelling or wake boarding, and with the option of putting the dinette table in the cockpit you can quickly turn it into a fantastic picnic lounge on the water. When it's not being made use of as an indoor dining area, the forward V-Berth can comfortably sleep 2. Transom fish cleaning compartment, Kicker mount, Downrigger & Rod mounts, Anchor and bumpers. In the cabin, the facing lounges and dinette setup converts to a V-berth with filler cushion, and a deck hatch is provided for cabin ventilation. The galley has a sink and a cabinet with a pullout cooler. Overhead lights provide illumination after dark, and two speakers dialed into the stereo in the cockpit provide the tunes. Also included is a portable head.
Above deck, the cockpit has a back-to-back seat, which converts to a sun pad, to port. Opposite that is the driver's adjustable bucket seat and the helm station. Helm highlights include a tilt steering wheel complete analog instrumentation. All the way aft is a three- to four-person bench seat. Snap-in carpet covers the cockpit sole. It also comes with short wave radio and Lowrance fish finder depth sounder.
A new complete turnkey engine was installed for the 2011 season at a cost of $12,000 and presently has only 247 hrs of service. The 350 cubic inch / 310 HP Kodiak Marine engine features an internal heat exchanger /fresh water cooling system Fuel capacity is 70 gallons. Freshwater capacity is 10 gallons.
